| Return Policy |
| Product can be returned within 15 days of the date of shipment. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse. If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when you obtain your RMA number. Then place a new order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have product available and your credit will be applied approximately 10-15 days after we receive the product you are returning. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. |

| UPS is our primary shipping company. The customer is responsible for shipping cost, unless otherwise specified. In most circumstances, all orders will be shipped within 2 to 14 business days depending on availablity. Computers require 5 to 10 days for custom build and test time before shipping. |
