One Time Support Fee - 30 Minute Maxium - $49.95
One Year Support Plan - $139.95
Plan Details - Tech will Remote into the Surveillance Computer
to do full system check up two times during the year. (Internet connection required)
- Check OS and surveillance logs for errors & warnings - correct issues,
- Defrags & database reindexing
- Apply appropriate OS updates & Surveillance software patches
- In general address any issues and keep system in good shape.
Much like having a mechanic keeping your car at top performance and heading off any problems.
Includes a one hour phone support for the year.
Does not cover failed or failing hardware.
Does cover OS & Surveillance software support, and general computer consulting related to use of the system.
Computer "UP" Monitoring
- Per month - $9.99 (paid per year $119.88)
- or $4.99 if purchased with the One Year Support Plan
(paid per year total with the One Year Support Plan $199.83)
If your Surveillance computer stops responding remotely thru the Internet
You will be sent an Alert Email (up to 3 addresses).
The Alert Email will be sent after 20 minutes of "No Response"
Note: This can also be used for any of your computers you want checked !

Check the lower left of your camera display for -> v7.04
- Download / Copy "VO-update" to the Surveillance server desktop
- STOP the MultiCam program
- Run the "VO-update" patch
- Reboot the system
- Check ViewLog for correct information
